We explored the themes of the play through scripted work, devised work and frozen images. The groups creted a series of frozen Images to tell the story of the students being evacuated in 1939.
Train Journey's were often long and boring Goodbyes were tearful, would the evacuees sometimes taking 12 hours. ever see their relatives again?
The Evacuees would atend local schools Youth theatre rehearsals.
